A Ukrainian soldier’s perspective
I am a Ukrainian soldier telling my own story. You do not need to know military terminology to understand the wish to be safe, to be with people you love, and to have time for ordinary life.
Behind the news from Ukraine
You can help a personal story travel simply by reading with attention and passing it to another reader. There is no obligation to do more.
This article reflects my personal experience and does not represent an official military statement. Read the full personal story, view photographs and open the unchanged original three-page account. If you would like others to hear this voice from Ukraine, please share the link.
